A Vibrant, Faith-Filled Community

Campus life is nourished by dorm devotions, chapel, worship, Bible studies and more. Faculty provide academic and spiritual mentorship inside and outside the classroom and the communal living experience gives students a group of dorm mates who care and invest in each student and their faith journey.

We Love Our City

Redeemer is located in the Greater Hamilton Area, one of Canada’s largest and most vibrant communities. Hamilton features diverse neighbourhoods, one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants, festivals, hiking trails and sports teams. Get involved in God’s work in the city by volunteering with various Christian organizations or plugging into a local church.

Extracurriculars Activities

Students can always find an outlet for their talents and passions. Some perform in the concert choir or get involved in varsity or intramural sports, while others lead through student government, join one of many clubs or write for the student newspaper. There’s something for everyone!

Experience-Enhanced Learning

Redeemer’s Centre for Experiential Learning and Careers (CELC) provides students with career advice and a variety of opportunities such as co-operative education, internships, practicums, and off-campus study programs that connect your sense of calling with a career, getting you ready for work the day you graduate.

Career Expectations

Every student takes Redeemer’s Core curriculum, giving students a broad, cross-functional set of knowledge and skills. This will prepare you for a rapidly changing world and workforce, ready for a variety of careers, callings and future studies. Versatility means you’re ready for that first job… and beyond.

Faith in the Classroom

All degrees are rooted in a Christ-centred academic program, engaging you in the grand narrative of Scripture and story of the world. You’ll be challenged to develop a Kingdom vision for a rapidly secularizing, interconnected world and be inspired to follow Christ wherever he calls you.
